  • You Want HOW Much?

The matter has been sent to the billing department,  my natural gas service will be monitored & an adjustment will be made to my account within 5 to 7 business days.

I understand it is a discrepancy between the old and new meter readings. However, for the sake of continuity and avoiding temporary heart failure at the mailbox, one would think they could take a final reading from the old meter before starting the next month's service on a new meter? Just a thought, perhaps that makes too much sense though?

  • I would have had a coronary also, but it would have come on the heels of my bladder spontaneously emptying.  OMG

  • YIKES!!  I really hope that they sort that out.

  • The mail is usually bad enough! I hope they don't make you jump through hoops to straighten this out.

  • There you go... thinking logically again!

  • OMG... that would have gotten my heart racing!!!

  • :lookaround: There have been instances where we get bills such as this one. It's quite traumatic.

  • Ouch! i had much the same thing with aol/neuf with my mail account, they said when i opened this account i could keep all my mail addresses , i thought that meant it was a simple change of address (as in house address) well after a few months i found out they were billing me twice!!!! its sorted now but they still want money for the "transition", hum , i'm still not sure about that!
